Medieval & Renaissance Court gowns

From this page you can order your own court gown, please keep in mind that these are pretty much the same pattern

only different fabrics colors and a few different sleeve patterns, so you must email me with any details you want changed

This is a beautiful gown and perfect for Renaissance Fairs

as well as Renaissance Theme weddings

custom made with these types of fabrics to your measurements,

Bodice is boned and stiffened, the front panel is embroidered with a Fleur de Lis , Sleeves are trimmed with matching trim.

and can be attached or detachable for summer weather

Overskirt, sleeves and bodice are made with a black cotton velveteen, trimmed in an antique gold Renaissance trim.

grommets are shinny gold and antique gold

Underskirt and lining of sleeves is a black and gold

satin brocade

sewn with a rolled hem so fabric doesn't separate at seams

Pouch is included with gown and has the

same embroidery as on the bodice

chemise is white cotton and has drawstring neck with elastic wrist. (hoop not included) This is a custom and will take 8-12 weeks to complete, This year has been extremely busy so be sure to get your orders in as soon as possible.

My Scottish gowns differ because of tartan, bodice style and embroidery

Each style and color is listed with a purchase button. tartan very and I do get my tartan

from Pendleton wool, there are over 250 million different tartan clan plaids, there is no way I have them all

I do have a few most of which are listed here, MacPherson, Blackwatch, Campbell are a few the others are mostly

generic tartans from the mill, I only use worsted wool, for those of you that are not familiar worsted wool is a top

quality light weight (like linen) soft virgin wool. It doesn't wrinkle, it holds its shape, look authentic and is nice and cool for

summer festivals. (I dont want to sound catty but what I don't use is Wal-Mart .50 a yard cheap cotton flannel)

This gown is a 7 piece set, comes with skirt, embroidered bodice, arm gauntlets, plaid, hat and chemise

These two gowns are pictured with dual skirts, one solid and one plaid, also with any style bodice, chemise, plaid
